Building the Momentum

Dear Team,

Are you on track with your goals? Have you exausted all means in promoting the Score A product and business opportunity. You may consider using email invites, sms followed up by a call, facebook postings, banners in your housing areas, regular distributtion of flyers, etc.

Remember this is your very own business. You must use any means possible to bring this fantastic opportunity to your circle of friends. At the same time, it is important not to pre-qualify your prospects by claiming they may not be interested, or they may not have the money to buy or join or it is not their "cup of tea". Our jobn as responsible leaders is to bring this opportunity to them and they can decide any way they want.

So take the challenge to keep the calls going, duplicate your efforts by having your downlines do what you do. Take charge of your business and you!

Cheers.

Mike

The Power of Prospecting

Dear Team,

Prospecting is the process of introducing a product, services or opportunity to a group of people who may not be aware of the said product, services and opportunity. Prospecting is an an important part of your Score A business. This business thrives on the frequency of sharing about the Score A product and the business opportunity to the general public. The more we share about Score A to people the more successful we become at it. It attracts more people to buy or join us and we also improve in our presentation skills.

To become good at prospecting, we need to do several things;

1) Have a name list of Cold, Warm and Hot List of freinds and relatives
2) Use the best approach - phone, face to face, email, etc
3) Act on at least 10 of these ppl daily - mainly by phone calls
4) Promote the Previews.

If one could do this continuosly until you have about 4 people in your network within 2 weeks, your job is done. Next step is to teach them to do the same. I will cover that on my next blog!

So get down to prospecting today!

Cheers. Mikexv

KICKSTART 2 TRAINING - A Power Train!

Wow! Last Saturday 20 Feb 2010 at the Kickstart 2 was a life changing experience for the 30 of us who attended the program. It featured several key topics like Power of Leverage, 6 Deadly Pitfalls of Beginners, The Secret behind the Secret, Handling Call Reluctance, Prospecting, Time Mastery & Peak Performance.

The training focused on the MINDSET and then followed by the SKILLSET. A good amount of time was spent learning the power of our mind and to know that the Law of Attraction is just as certain as the Law of Gravity has certainly left a strong impression on everyone. It is now clear that when we harbour negative thoughts we atract negative situations and when we harbour positive thoughts we also also attract the positive things in life. We also learned the common mistakes that are done by distributors and we were shown how to avoid each one of them.

In Call Reluctance, a step by stepo guide was showed on how to keep the call active and seek appointments. The purpose of the call is to seek appointment and nothing else! At the end, the topic on Peak Performance nailed our desire to be successful in the busines when were required to chart exactly what we wanted to earn by the end of December 31, 2010. This was a very personal yet powerful session when we had to come to terms with our seriousness in this business.

It was certainly a Saturday well spent. We learned a lot, better equipped with the necessary knowledge from both KS1 & KS2 training. With this behind us, our business is certainly going to the next level and we are going to create more A scoring students out there!

KICKSTART 1 TRAINING - A Runaway Success!

I am thankful i signed up to attend Thinesh's Kickstart 1 training on Feb 13, 2010 at YMCA Penang from 9 to 6.15pm. Being 6 months in the business, i realise there is still so much to learn and Thinesh was there to guide us through out. We learned about our Score A features, Portal Activation, Marketing Plan, K-Office Management, Online Sign Up & Account Maintenance. What was also engaging is that we shared the common questions that customers ask and how we go about handling them. We got ideas coming from other networkers and their perspective too were helpful.

Specifically, i feel that the product info provided in the training gave me added information for me to handle prospects in ensuring a sale. Product knowledge is so important and this training answered all my outstanding questions. We had a clearer picture on the product enhancements that the company has embarked on as well.

At the end of the training, we all came out wiser, energized and confident our Score A product and the business opportunity. I look forward to attend his next training this Saturday 20 Feb focusing on Personal Development.

I strongly encourage all of you to invest in yourself by attending these wonderful trainings.

See you there!

According to Dr. K (Tuesday 9 Feb 2010, JS Success Venture)

Dear Team, I am glad to share some sharing by Dr. Kartik (RM 100k monthly earner) during our last training. He shared with us 10 things he did and we should do in order to be successful as distributors and to earn well in this business;

1) Make a Decision
Once you have decided that you are going to do Score A, stick to it until something happens. Be confident on the multiple stream of income assures in the Score A Marketing Plan.

2) Re-Create Your Life
Think Big - When you sell the portals to your customers, make sure your users do well in their studies so that you can create your own testimonies
Problem Solving - Spend your time solving problems for your customers. Think not of your own needs but the needs of others. Solve any portal issues they may have and explore creative ways of using the portals to help your customers.
Goals/Targets - Determine the House, Car and Lifestyle you want by doing this business.

3) Focus on Opportunities
Every situation you face in your life is an opportunity to do better. All challenges are opportunities waiting to be tapped.

4) Learn from Role Models
Read about successful people and take their advise i.e. Anthomy Robbins, Robetrt Kiyosaki, etc and listen to successful people like leaders in the business who have made it and you will be successful like them. It is important to list down all your family values and determine what you want to keep and what values are preventing you from exceling in your business.

5) Promote & Produce - Attraction Marketing
Focus on asking questions on students progress in their studies before using Score A and listen attentively to their answers and try to use Score A as a catalyst to solve that problem. Show your prospects how this program helps them solve their childrens educational problems. Also, use online marketing to attract people to register online to join or purchase your product. Focus on PULL rather than PUSH strategy.

6) Willing to listen and accept
Be willing to spend time listening to your prospects and downlines in this business. You may not have the answer all the time. Be open to criticism and see how you can reinvent yourself every step of the way. Get people involved in everything you do.

7) Work Based on Results
Whatever you intend to carry out in your distributorship, let it all be ties to a specific action plan that focuses on the results you can achieve.

8) Act inspite of challenges
When you do this business, not everybody will accept what you say. Accept it as part of the challenges in this business and let that fuel your motivation to go further. Keep your goals in mind as you forge ahead.

9) Constantly learn, teach and grow
It is ok to not know everything as you do this business but never stop learning and gaining new knowledge. At the same time, it is crucial that you teach your downline what you know and slowly make them independent so that they can do presentations and closings on their own. Dont spoon feed your downlines all the item. Make them into leaders like you. By doing thing you grow and they grow too.

10) Commit to being successful and rich
You have made a decision to be successful and by that you will be rich but it is important to stay the course by reminding yourself that you are committed to achieve what you have set out to achieve.

All the best

Post High Level Training - 8 Feb 2010

Hi Team, Thinesh, our upline, has certainly returned with a bang after the recent High Level training he attended in Genting Highlands over the weekend. Some of the hot news he shared was; merger of Form 4 and Form 5 into a single portal, meaning, now one portal of RM 596 can be used all the way from Std 1 to F5. That is great news. In addition to that, the i-Teacher feature will be available in our system on March 15, 2010 specially for 6 subjects in F4 and F5 with a free trial of 6 months from March 15 onwards. More information on this will be shared as we near March 15. i-Teacher will feature an intelligent Avatar irobot that is capable of answering almost any question related to the said 6 science and math subjects (Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Maths, Add Maths and one more subject TBA) in addition to power point notes. Next update: In May 1, 2010, Kenshido would roll out increased number of questions for all school levels from the existing 3 sets to 6 sets which also includes increased number of questions in each set as well. Next update: Our product is now Syariah Compliant, meaning, muslims earning from this business are assured that their income is legitimate and "Halal" in the Islamic context. Kenshido is the only MLM company to be awarded this recognition. The certificate of compliance was signed during the HLT in Genting over the weekend. Another remarkable news: the highest earner in the Kenshido business is Aziz Samad with a nett income of RM 325,000 in just the month of January!

More reasons to be upbeat and excited with Kenshido and the Score A business opportunity!

Phone Call Session Update - 7 February 2010

Yet again another phone call session had taken place at Joseph's residence and it was nothing short of a runaway success. 4pm, the call session was attended by 9 members namely; Arvind, Letchumi, Cumaran, Mazni, Cikgu Hamidah, John Yeoh, Joseph Raj, Jack Ung and myself. Our 6 new members began their maiden phone calls. A total of 52 calls were made and a whopping 21 appointments were fixed! Wow! What a feat! We are certain that out of the 21 appointments, we will be able to promote the distributorship and product sales.

We began the evening by first recapping the call script that was discussed in our previous training last Thursday at Northam Tower, followed by arranging the call order. When the calls started, we could feel the excitement in the air as our members challenged each other to secure the most number of appointments. The synergy as a group certainly created a very positive environment as calls were made. As leaders, Cumaran & I, assisted in enhancing the calls as it was being made by giving "whispered" inputs.

We ended the call session at 6.15pm knowing that we had sent a serious message out there on the importance of educational excellence to the general public! Congrats to all our team members who have used their Sunday afternoon rather productively. Your efforts is certainly going to churn the results you have been hoping for!

Cheers! Mike
